The retractable prismatic light opens quietly and smoothly during operation. The controls are mounted on a convenient wall location. The Retractable Unit's opening and closing cycle time is 20 seconds. The Patented Prismatic Surgical Light is mounted on the door. The orange safety tapeswitch along the perimeter of the door prevents closing if opening is obstructed.

Concealed lights are the innovative solution to the problem of providing life to the plants at Citibank. Lights, controlled by the building computer that opens the concealed door, are turned on at night. During the day time, the lights are off and concealed from sight. In case of computer failure, the lights can also be controlled manually.
